Dr. Mary is a passionate educator and psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with youth. Drawing from her own experiences, she is dedicated to helping adolescents overcome challenges and thrive both personally and academically. With a specialization in executive functioning, Dr. Mary has written and designed a curriculum to develop teens to learn to process emotion and function well in life through psychoeducation and practical goal-setting.
She holds a BA from Syracuse University, an MS in Curriculum and Instruction, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition to leading a mental health and academic facility for adolescence, Dr. Mary is a graduate professor of psychology and offers specialized support through psychoeducational testing. She is a Certified Teacher with many years of experience teaching and overseeing advanced curriculum as well as an I/O Psychologist consulting with companies to restructure culture and climate through performance-based reviews and research-based assessment tools, like 360-feedback, among others.
